In the very center of Brandenburg an der Havel, next to the river Havel, the Packhof-Quartier has been developed as a new residential ensemble. Three buildings, rising from a shared underground level, create a striking urban landmark. The project was realized in cooperation between the architects of zanderroth and the developers SmartHoming and Artetectura.

Covering around 6,000 square meters of living space, the quarter comprises a total of 71 apartments in a wide variety of typologies – ranging from compact two-room units to spacious four-room apartments. The architecture is defined by clear layouts, floor-to-ceiling windows, and an open design, resulting in bright, light-filled living spaces with a high quality of life. Private gardens on the ground floor and generous terraces on the upper levels extend the living areas outdoors, creating seamless transitions between interior and exterior spaces and lending the neighborhood a lively and inviting atmosphere.
