In Brandenburg an der Havel, the new Packhof Quarter is being built in a prime inner-city location. The project is a collaboration between the project developers from SmartHoming, Artetectura and the architects from zanderroth.

The three residential buildings stand on a shared basement level and have 71 modern apartments with clear floor plans. The 2-, 3- or 4-room apartments have living spaces ranging from 52 sqm to 130 sqm. The upper staggered storeys offer magnificent penthouses with surrounding terraces. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide a light-flooded feeling of space. Generous terraces extend the living area.
